Note on data transfer to the USA

Our hoster Spaceship is based in the USA. When you visit this website, personal data (e.g. your IP address in server log files) may be transferred to the USA and processed there. We would like to point out that no level of data protection comparable to that of the EU can be guaranteed in the USA. US companies may be obliged to surrender personal data to security authorities without you being able to take effective legal action against this in all cases. We have no influence on processing by US authorities.
